Peter Shankman, Social Media CEO & Founder of Help A Reporter Out (HARO)

Peter is a social media evangelist with 27,000+ and growing Twitter followers (@skydiver). Last year he launched Help a Reporter Out, basically a free ProfNet that connects journalists with sources through email and Twitter. HARO has quickly amassed 53,000 members and has a growing stable of national journalists using the service on a daily basis. He entertained us with his thoughts on social media.
